December 6, 2007: San Francisco Foreclosure Press Conference

CRC Senior Policy Advocate Rhea Serna participated in a separate press conference on November 29th organized by Assessor Phil Ting and Mayor Gavin Newsom of the City of San Francisco. 
The press conference highlighted the City's request for the major lenders in California to stop stated income loans, to make loan modifications for borrowers in risk of default and to provide funding to housing counseling agencies.  Paul Leonard, Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, and Supervisor Tom Ammiano also spoke.
