U.S. Bank

U.S. Bank is one of the largest banks in California. U.S. Bank has total assets of $209 billion nationally, with 318 branches and $12.6 billion in deposits in the state of California. The Bank does small business, mortgage, multifamily, consumer and other lending as well as community investments and charitable grants. It has grown as a result of mergers with First Bank System (1997), Western Bancorp, Bank of Commerce and Peninsula Bank (1999), Scripps Bank and Firstar (2000), Pacific Century Bank (2001) and Bayview Bank (2002). U.S. Bank has agreed to CRA commitments with CRC in 2000 and 2002 during mergers.
